NMS Privacy Policy

NMS is a Windows desktop application published by Nemixsea. This Privacy Policy explains how NMS handles information when you use the application and its supported integrations.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use NMS, you may provide information such as:

• text, prompts, project inputs, and other project content;
• credentials used to connect to an external Provider;
• Project State information and exported project data; and
• publishing content when you use an applicable publishing integration.

Information you provide may include personal information if you choose to include it. NMS does not assume that all user-provided content is personal information.

Provider Credentials

On Windows, NMS uses Windows Credential Manager for the current production storage of Provider credentials.

Provider credentials are used to authenticate applicable external Provider operations. Stored Provider credentials can be removed through the established credential-storage functionality where supported.

NMS does not make additional encryption or security-certification guarantees beyond the security mechanisms described in this policy.

Project State and Exported Files

NMS supports Project State export and resume using JSON files.

Project State can include project identifiers, timestamps, and project-specific data. When Project State is exported, the file is written to a filesystem location chosen through the applicable application flow.

Exported files remain in the storage location selected for that export and can be managed using the file-management capabilities available on the user's system.

NMS does not specify a fixed automatic retention period or automatic deletion deadline for exported Project State files.

External Provider Processing

When an applicable external Provider integration is configured and invoked, NMS may transmit information needed to perform the requested operation to that Provider.

User-provided text, prompts, project content, or publishing content may contain personal information. If such information is included in content sent for an external Provider operation, it may be transmitted to that Provider as part of the requested operation.

External Providers may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings. NMS does not control or guarantee a third-party Provider's retention or deletion practices.

OpenAI

If an applicable OpenAI integration is configured and invoked, NMS can send information required for the requested operation to OpenAI.

For applicable text-processing operations, this can include user-provided text, the selected model, and other request information required for the operation.

For applicable image-processing operations, this can include a user-provided prompt, the selected model, and other request information required for the operation.

Provider authentication information is used as applicable to authenticate the request.

These disclosures are conditional on the applicable OpenAI integration being configured and invoked. They do not mean that every NMS installation, workflow, or user action sends information to OpenAI.

Facebook Publishing

When an authorized applicable Facebook publishing operation is invoked, publishing content can be transmitted to Facebook as necessary to perform that operation.

Facebook may process that information under its own terms, privacy policy, and account settings.

Retention and Deletion

NMS does not specify a fixed universal retention period for information covered by this policy.

Exported Project State files remain in the filesystem location selected for the export until they are managed or removed through the user's normal file-management capabilities.

Stored Provider credentials can be removed through the established credential-storage functionality where supported.

Information transmitted to a third-party Provider is subject to that Provider's own retention and deletion practices. NMS does not promise or control Provider-side retention or deletion periods.

Security

NMS uses Windows Credential Manager for the current Windows production storage of Provider credentials.

Users should consider the sensitivity of information before including it in prompts, project content, publishing content, or other information that may be sent to an external Provider.
